Human Capital Analytics Conference

Better Decisions, Better Organizations, Better Results
OCTOBER 15 - 16, 2019 | WESTIN NEW YORK AT TIMES SQUARE | NEW YORK, NY

October 15 - 16, 2019

About The Conference

For 13 successful years this event has established itself as a premier forum for HCA leaders. The key to the continued success of this event lies in keeping head of the curve on issues and continuing to identify the best employers and individuals as speakers. For this 14th year, the HCA Conference will build on that success and the depth of experience gained over the years to deliver a thoughtful program that delivers compelling content both for the seasoned practitioner looking to fine tune their HCA function, and those emerging users who want both practical guidance on how to grow and develop the function and inspiration from the leaders in the field.

As the market of events addressing human capital analytics has grown dramatically in recent years, we expanded the focus in 2018 to include more discussions around how HCA integrates into ideas and implementation of “the Future of Work;” this trend will continue for 2019.This event has succeeded in this very crowded market due in large part to the following distinguishing features:

  • Presentations from senior and experienced practitioners - speakers share proven results from a range of areas that have produced tangible results for the organization
  • New ideas from the forefront of the field
  • Focus on the business value of HCA
  • Sessions from a variety of businesses

Human Capital Analytics and Diversity: Measuring and Maximizing ROI for Business Impact

A unique one-day event on the measurement of D&I and the application of analytics to better understand and improve diversity and inclusion in organizations.

This event combines two of the hottest topics in HR today – D&I and Human Capital Analytics.  Attendance at our annual D&I event in June demonstrates the enthusiasm of the D&I community and the need for events discussing top issues.  For many organizations HCA began with relatively simple measurement of diversity and the issue has remained topical in part due to the need to remove bias forms of decision making and the increasing application of analytics to issues such as workplace culture, employee experience and belonging.  These are key to implementing successful inclusion initiatives.

Agenda topics include:

  • Unconscious bias and Analytics – can decisions ever be bias free?
  • Application of AI and analytics to recruitment
  • Identifying bias in algorithms and removing it.
  • The D&I Measurement continuum – From diversity to inclusion to belonging
  • Applying HCA to the workplace to create a culture of inclusion
  • What network analysis can tell you about your D&I programs and initiatives
  • How diverse is your analytics team and what impact does that have on defining metrics?
