One of the main challenges for diversity & inclusion is how to engage the majority population. This webcast will look at how to involve a wide range of employees in D&I by building networks with shared interests.

We will hear new findings on what it takes to create a “gender network” that appeals to both women and men, and learn from a corporate case study of how common-interest employee networks collaborate to address social issues more effectively and increase engagement.

Key Learnings:

  • Hear the findings of a new research report, Unconsciously Biased: Employee Networks 4.0, by D&I consultant Veronika Hucke
  • Learn how Credit Suisse has built engagement with grass-roots networks across common themes, such as family, and wellness & accessibility
  • Learn strategy and tactics for developing successful employee networks
